First off, the movement is ticking as shown in the video. Please note that it is not in a Bulova case and the second hand on this watch is in the wrong place for this specific dial. Because of this, I am strictly selling this watch for parts, 'as-is.' It will need a professional watchmaker to fix it correctly or to harvest the parts needed from it. It is currently missing the crown and stem. Cosmetically, the crystal shows light scratching. The non-Bulova case shows wear and needs a polish.
