Ltd (Birmingham, England) — a renowned British maker active during the 1930s–1940s, known for high-quality brass and gilt smoking accessories. Inside, the case bears a remarkable wartime dedication dated 25th August 1941, reading: “To Sgt. Major Eldridge in appreciation of valuable service, from 15th A.A. Seller had even added new flints and a refill cap on top of the purchase so it was really good value for the money.
