Artist made, from the 1970s. How do I know? These were mine in the 1970s. I think I got them at a little boutique store in the French Quarter, New Orleans. The artist took filigree metal and rolled it into a cone shape, then painted it this great shade of green, Positioned at the bottom is a blue glass bead. These are so unusual and gorgous-I wore them for many years. I always got compliments, especially when the glass bead would catch the light. They dangle on wires and are approx. 1-1/4" long.
