The seller was very proactive about delivering the strings and solicitous via email about satisfaction. Unfortunately, I had misread the description and had to return the strings. I contacted the seller, explained the problem and they promptly got back to me with a return form. I received a full refund on strings and delivery costs in good time. Product arrived quickly... exactly as described/shown and I have ordered this product several times and never once had an issue... product is always perfect, and the seller is quick and easy to communicate with. Will order from here again for sure and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to protect their expensive watch with a relatively very inexpensive but secure carry case.
Good Item. However, Delivery date on ebay shows June 2 when it actually showed up June 3. Also, after I purchased the item, I received an email from seller stating it would be a 2-3 week delay because the item was out of stock. You should not be selling items on Ebay that you do not have available to be sold in the first place.
