It won't engage with the crown and stem when you try to wind it, but you can manually wind it from the back and it will run, as you can see from the attached video. The hands move freely. This will need a service and cleaning. Cosmetically, the crystal will need to be polished or replaced. The dial has a patina. The case itself shows wear consistent with age and will need a polish, but it's not bad at all. Please inspect the pictures carefully for the overall condition of the watch before placing any bids.
