When the seller was contacted they immediately issued a refund . The item was new , the packaging was effective, and the shipping was very quick . The defect of the dryer was on behalf of the manufacturer, and was not the fault of the seller . The seller tried it at home and it worked properly for them. I would buy from this seller again because of the exemplar customer service , the quick response , and level of communication .

I just received the House-of-Bruar jacket. It was well packaged in a colorful but resilient plastic outer envelope and within wrapped in 'gift' tissue. It was delightfully heavy. Sizing is accurate. Fast shipping and great communication. Recommended Seller! Thanks!
