  1. Slow to be shipped, I received no reply after contacting the seller! It arrived with a broken string, a dead battery and it hadn't been setup yet! It was shipped on Dec 26th and arrived that day! But as described, everything needed was included with the purchase, less the battery! I was pleasantly surprised that once it was setup and tuned, it has a really GREAT sound to be a cheap guitar! I would definitely recommend this guitar to anyone wanting to try a 12 string at an affordable price!
