This is a vintage 1960s era Skipper clone 9 inch tall fashion doll marked "Hong Kong". The doll has rooted hair with the head still in the original plastic. Her face is painted with side looking eyes on a squeezable rubber head. The doll comes with red shoes. Please see pictures for actual condition and items included.
