Vintage 1950's 19" Sweet Sue Sophisticate Doll in Pink Formal American Character. Hard plastic and vinyl body. No odors.Earrings have tarnished and left a tiny bit of green ear at the earring holes. Arms and legs move back and forth at shoulder and hip joints, doll will not stand upright on her own, she needs a doll stand. She is in good condition overall with some issues that would be typical of a doll this age - please look at all photos carefully for more detailed information. There are no markings anywhere that I can find, I used Google Lens to help identify her. Hard plastic and vinyl body. No odors. Arms and legs move back and forth at shoulder and hip joints, doll will not stand upright on her own, she needs a doll stand. Doll has some minor spots/marks here and there on her body. Sleep eyes open and close. Hair is good but flattened in the back. Outfit is pretty nice for its age with mild/minor issues, hoop in the petticoat/slip is bent and doesn't want to stay down, stockings are very saggy and have a hole in the left foot toe area. She was kept in a clean, smoke-free environment, but would benefit from a gentle, all-over cleaning and may end up needing further restoration.
