I bought two DVDs from this Saved Seller which were supposed to have been delivered on Chrismas Eve at 6pm! .... nope, didn't happen. Not the fault of this Seller at all. I explained this to the Seller & got a Refund for both DVDs. I always get satification & a very fair deal with his good quality items from this Saved Seller & I'm very happy to buy from him again. He's a Good 'un! I highly recommend him. And, he IS a Saved Seller, I'm not just saying that, for quiet some time now.
Never received my Dvd so I got in touch with the Seller and told him my Problem, He was very Sympathetic and told me he would look into it, I received an email from the Seller and he told me he would refund me my Money as the item seems as though it has been lost in the Post. What a Great Seller sorting the Problem out for me. Excellent Communication. I would Certainly use this Seller again, if I saw Something else I Liked.
