The Vintage Genuine Gozinta Box by Mai Creations Inc from Salem, MA -- Series 3 No 4 "The Pianist" . This item is in very good vintage condition with no major wear on any of the box tops. The main box's printed finish features a sad clown pianist siting an upright piano with a candelabra on top. Inside are 4 smaller boxes with lids, also featuring sad clowns: a violinist clown sitting in a folding chair a clown in a suit and hat holding a cupids bow and arrow a disappointed tennis playing clown holding a racket and ball and wearing a vintage sun visor lastly we have a not-so-sad clown enjoying apres ski after a rough day on the slopes based on the broken skis next to him! These unique boxes with their interest artwork are a true vintage collectible, straight out of 1973! An interesting conversation piece for a desk or end table; a place to store tiny trinkets or keepsakes; fun gift for any clown fan or collector; a way to have a kitschy piece of 1970s Americana in your modern home.
