I had an Alternator that was Damaged by UPS last Spring from another Seller,that was a "BEAR" to get RMA'd ,cause the seller kept wanting a TON of info,and Miscommunication between US on Language Structure was causing me a HEADACHE !!   2. The first Cooler I received contained some deficiencies that were clearly an oversight during assembly. However, upon contacting Pelham Equipment, there was an immediate response to the issue. They communicated with the Mfr. and shipped an exchange unit the next day. Back and forth communication was excellent. They forwarded a pre-paid return label for the unit I had in hand. Very Professional. Yes. I would do business with Pelham Equipment again.

The item was listed as a direct replacement for the part i needed on my saw, but when i received it, the filter was slightly too small so it wouldnt fit properly around base of filter housing which is necessary for a good seal. Luckily the seller was excellent and promptly offered a return and refund. Good ebayer
