Packaged really well. Took 10 days before dispatch although to be fair, 2 of those days were the weekend and 1 was maybe a holiday in Japan. Great communication. Product was exactly as described. It looks better in real life than any picture or video I've seen. For a $1000+ product, Australian customs charges an extra 10% GST + $95 for charging you GST (???). DHL charged another $22 to be the broker to get the $1000+ product through customs.
