Communication was excellent. I hadl delivery instructions but nothing out of the ordinary. Seller was prompt to respond. Package delivered on time by FedEx, box had a little bit of damage, case had a few marks, but brake tool was undamaged Overall very happy with purchase. Good product for the price. Excellent for weekend warrior do it yourself or limited life product with professional mechanic. Product exceeded expectations based on the price very good deal.
Arrived quickly, came as two separate packages as one came from the U.K. and the other from Germany. The tail lights I wanted weren’t in stock in the U.K. warehouse, which the seller informed me of before I purchased the items. I was fine with the parcels being sent from two different origins. The seller was very helpful with any questions I had and I could track both parcels from dispatch to delivery. I’d buy from this seller again if needs be.
Took a little while to come but that's because they come from europe and the seller did send a free gift to apologise which was great! Had an issue with the wiring harness but was quickly sorted by guidance from the seller which resolved the issue.
