Had an issue with my order. I asked the seller if the deck was complete with the 78 cards. They said they would count before shipping. Never heard from them, assumed it was complete. The deck is missing a card. Seller offered a refund if I sent back the deck. Luckily I found a replacement card on eBay. Sent the seller a screenshot of my purchase of the card and said I would keep the deck. Didn’t hear from them again. Would have been nice to be refunded the cost of the card but what can you do.
What the seller stated about these reels, was an understatement..!! These reels are absolutely amazing..!! They look like they’re right off the assembly line. Communication with the seller is great as well..!! Items come well packaged and protected..!! Very pleased with this seller..!!
New did good job on packaging rods. Shipped them out in a timely fashion. He also keeps you informed on his availability and activity of shipping from start to finish. Will definitely keep his contact for future rod needs. Also 5 stars for all to see!!!!!
