Unknown Demo AOR Blue Eyed Soul Yacht Rock LP Donny Lowery Byrne & Barnes Hear! Very nice unknown AOR, Yacht Rock, Blue Eyed Soul, Folk LP. It’s a 10 track Album with some really nice songs. I’ve added clips of 5 songs. Side 1 & 2 on separate acetate discs. Condition is VG/VG+ with some light spottings of haze. Donny Lowery is a well known song writer who wrote many hits for famous artists. He had one single on Elektra in 1978 and couldn’t find anything after that. He’s credited on many songs and also worked with Robert Byrne from Byrne & Barnes. On this acetate is “Right Through The Heart” which was on Byrne & Barnes Eye For An Eye. I believe it’s the first version of this song since it would have been late 1970s. Super nice blue eyed soul track. The other four clips are very nice as well. The 5 remaining songs are more of the folk AOR style. Please take a listen.
