The description stated there were Diodes and Capacitors. There was not a single diode or capacitor in the bag. There were a good amount of ICs and only 13 tested bad. Unfortunately most of the ICs for me are not usable. I left positive feedback because after going through the package the cost was a wash. After contacting the seller the message I got back was "return it for refund" The listing states "Buyer pays for return shipping". My refund would only be the purchase price. Not worth it.
