Package had rusted/scratched parts, with no screws or instructions. Seller initially refused my request for both replacement screws and a partial refund for what looked like used/poorly stored parts. Seller finally shipped the screws, emailed instructions, and gave a partial refund, but the delay cost me loss of advertising time, since the frame could not be assembled immediately. I bought this because they had the best price, but low price is never an excuse for poor quality. Steer clear!
