Great customer service, and product exactly as described. Shipping took longer than expected, but vendor maintained communication throughout the whole process. The only thing I wish is that the description listed the weight for the item because I was actually looking for the heavier model they make. I have seen two the 300 g which is this one, and then another one that’s like 480 g. Vendor, please let me know if you offer the heavier model.
Finally received my order after two attempts. First order got lost at Atlanta Distribution Center which has a reputation of such occurances.
