  1. The tube was good value and well described, and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was broken but I wouldn't necessarily blame the seller for this as it was very well packaged and could have easily happened during transit given its fragile nature (e.g. perhaps if dropped on its end?); these things happen. However, a refund was immediately arranged without problems when I notified the seller of this.

He exchanged the items for 40 Watt bulbs instead of 7 Watt bulbs for me prior to sending them out without any qualms. The bulbs were as described, very well packaged and good value for money.
