  1. Seller shipped out after the holiday weekend but only took a few days to arrive. Item was boxed and appears new. Came with all accessories and tested out, already had firmware upgrade to it. The $ made me suspicious this was a slightly used item re-boxed. But since I can’t tell it may as well be brand new. Seller was great communicating and started shipping process the same day I bought it. Paired seamlessly with my other two UE speakers. A+++

  2. Shipping was fast but my son was bummed the shipping label was put on the box and the box got damaged so now I have to go buy another one so he can have a proper box to add to his collection. But other then the shipping confition of the box the item was great just as described and arrived on time. Packaging is understandable trying to either save money or the planet not sure but for a collector this was hard to swallow. Thank you

  3. Camera came as described. Packaging was minimal, the box it was shipped in came damaged and the camera was in the case with just some packing paper loosely around it. Padding was not at the bottom of camera bag so I was worried it had gotten damaged in transit but seems to be ok. Seems to be a good value for the price.
