  1. Hello, I just received today the turquoise bracelet I ordered. It is beautiful, however one of the links which are soldered to the gem frame arrived severed from its connecting frame. Of course this is a problem which would entail taking it to a jeweler, at additional expense, to have this corrected. Pleae advise. Thank you, M. Kang
