Once i received my purchase i opened up the box to prepare to assemble my new shoe rack. As i noticed, the description didn't match what i purchased. Once i contacted the seller to let (them) know that I wasn't satisfied, (they) responded back giving me the option of (send back w/ full refund or keep, w/ partial refund). I chose partial, because I could use SOME of the pieces to repair a broken shoe rack I've had for a couple of years.
item was shipped to the wrong address at first After contacting seller and providing pics of my house to prove the pic he supplied wasn't mine and contacting the post office concerning the address it was delivered to, the seller finally sent another item.
