While the seller might make some mistakes (since I was sent the wrong plant), he is nice enough to make you keep the wrong plant and have you refunded. And that's what's important at the end of the day. A trustable, complying seller. Still buying from this store. Would prefer if items were a bit cheaper though.

A full week and two follow up emails between purchase and AusPost recording the item as received. Absolutely no wrap / packaging in the parcel, dumped loose and bouncing around in the bag. Luckily the items appear visually unbroken.

Arrived safely in good condition. Product was not expensive and matches my other heat bulbs in my ensuite.
