Still adjusting to these-but they are a quality product. The foot doc recommended 'em and I will give it a good effort and if these inserts do what I need done, I will be a very happy walker. The post office gave a delivery date and sent an update that the package was out for delivery and nothing. When I questioned this with 'em-the reply was (this happened the next day) the package would be delivered the next day with no further info. Already a day late and which 'next' are they meaning?
The item was exactly as described by the seller. Shipping was on time and a tracking number was provided immediately after placing the order. The item was well protected, they placed the figure inside a small box with bubble wrap and then placed that box inside a slightly larger box and filled that with packing paper for extra protection. While the price was a bit high, I am satisfied with my purchase and would shop from this seller again.
