Even tho my Blanket had a couple holes in them they responded very quickly and apologized for it and issued a refund for the holes in it that is the only reason why I am giving a positive for them and they took full responsibility over it and very quickly response back and I missed them responding to me 3 days ago and I look back today and seen it asked for pics gave them the pics they asked for and a response with in 3 hours I will be back for sure to try again later

My tracking number got messed up at UPS i think. Delivered to the wrong address. I contacted my seller of my item, they did some checking and figured out what had happened. So they sent me another one! They are totally awesome!
