Item is just as described, and the seller shipped it out quickly, so I have no issue with seller. I do have an issue with the shipping service that was used (Phyr USA). It took them a full week (7 days) to get the package from the seller's location to a USPS facility located IN THE SAME ZIP CODE. Find another shipping service. They don't deserve your business.

Unfortunately USPS returned my item to the seller because I wasn't home. There was no way to resolve the issue. However, the seller was phenomenal throughout. He tried his best to positively resolve the issue and was quick to respond to my concerns. I was ultimately given a refund. Thank you!
