Item is as described. However, seller is a drop shipper so item came from Amazon, delivered by Amazon. Tracking never updated because it was via a 3rd party tracking service that never updated. When I reached out to the seller, they provided updated delivery date (item was late) but again tracking never updated. If I wanted to buy from Amazon, I would've ordered from Amazon. Unfortunately that looks like a consistent issue with this seller.
