Purchased item on Feb 11. Was issued tracking information that never populated and contacted seller after no information for two and a half weeks. Seller said item was lost in the mail. Seller issued new shipment and I finally received March 6. Communication was good after I submitted I hadn't received my purchase, but none before that, hence the 4/5 stars for comm. Positive rating for item description and communication, but wary about repeat purchase after initial shipment went missing.
