This review is neutral. The seller was excellent. Everything was great until I got the package, opened it, then realized that this 100% wool sweater had been washed in the washer and probably dried in the dryer. The fibers are extremely tensed; meaning that the garment has been fully submerged into either warm or hot water and subjected to heat. So the 100% wool sweater was like putting on an xl instead of the a fits like a 2x, nope it doesn't.
