Due to the nature of donated items and the charitable nature of our organization, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases where the item received is significantly different from the description provided. Shipping: Orders will ship via FedEx services. Any additional shipping instructions requested (I.E. individually wrapping items, duplicate boxes, etc.) will require additional shipping charges to be paid by the customer. We will work with customers to fit their requests at the lowest possible shipping charge. Bidding: Items are used, donated, and not fully tested for functionality. Nearly every item will have minor scratches or scuffs to some degree and may or may not show up in the photos. If severe, we will make every effort to display any physical defects in our photos and/or descriptions. We try our best to accurately describe all items but are not experts in any field, therefore, may overlook certain things. Please pay close attention to the photos for more details and ask questions prior to bidding. Measurements are all approximate; they are intended to portray an estimate of the items approximate size only. If a circular object, the item(s) diameter may be stated as the width. Bundled or grouped items are not fully inventoried and will not be returnable in full or partial under any circumstances. We do allow third party shipping. To arrange for third party shipping please contact customer service. Handling Fees: Most items have a flat $2.99 fee for handling. We reserve the right to utilize different handling fees depending on the amount of handling that will be needed to ship the item. Please see item auction for details. Customer Service: Our Customer Service Department is accessible via the "Contact Seller" link above. We strive to respond to all customer messages within 48 hours. Payment: Auctions are easily and securely paid online with either Stripe or via PayPal; we are unable to accept payment onsite or checks. Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases made, as required by individual states. Combined Shipping: Combined shipping may be used if the shipping method for items is the same and the combined weight is no more than 20lbs. If damage is probable, we will deny the ability to combine shipping. Handling fees will be applied to each item. Local Pickup Service: The local pickup handling fee will have a cap of $100 for combined orders of up to 20 items if we are notified to modify changes prior to payment being made. All local pickup orders will be pulled each morning and marked as "shipped" on our local pickup shelf. Only once you see your item marked as "shipped" you may pick up your order. Please allow 24 Hours after payment is received to pick up your order. Items set as local pickup will not be wrapped with shipping materials. Please plan accordingly. Items left for 10 days will be re-listed and resold without notice. Please pull up to the red door on the right side of the second building and ring the doorbell. Pickup is available from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday Through Friday at 1668 Norman Drive STE B (Side Red Door) Tallahassee, FL 32304 We break from 11am-11:15am, and 3:00pm-3:15pm. WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Damaged/Lost Shipments: Items lost by the carriers must wait 15 days from the date the label was created to start the claim process. All items that are lost or damaged by the carriers will have a claim submitted by us to that carrier before any refund is issued. If your order was damaged during shipment, we ask that you please keep the item in your possession until the conclusion of the claim. We will need photographs of the damage, including pictures of the packaging including the box, if possible. We will then be able to file a claim and proceed with issuing all appropriate refunds for the order once the claim is finalized. Unclaimed Returns: Items returned as non-deliverable will need additional payment for shipping cost prior to being sent back out. The customer is responsible for contacting Goodwill Big Bend if the package is returned. Customers will have 10 days to contact us before an item is re-listed and resold. There are no refunds for items returned to us this way. Returns: All merchandise is sold AS IS.
