This seller is one of the best on eBay. They communicate politely and professionally; they are willing to negotiate on Best Offer postings; they ship promptly; and their items are exactly as described. However, today they exceeded expectations. My most recent order of two models arrived but UPS was not exactly friendly with the box. When I opened the box, it was packaged so securely, so well, that Godzilla could have stepped on it and it would have been OK. This is a GREAT SELLER!!!

My item got lost in the mail. Seller took the initiative to make a lost mail request with USPS, before I was even aware it was lost. Great customer service! Can't rate the item itself, since it is still lost, but I received a prompt refund. Would definitely buy from here again!
