These are seperate wires wound on the same reel as pictured in the item description. The reel was shrink wrapped and packaged in a small cardboard box, which was inside a waterproof shipping envelope. Wire is flexible and looks to be well made. Contacted seller through ebay before purchase -- Was promised I would receive Tubbz figure with red sticker but was sent a figure with blue sticker instead. The package arrived as a "gift" from AMAZON. Lost ~10$ in this transaction as I had to return the figure only getting about half of what I had paid to Ebay in Amazon credit. Transaction felt dishonest -- My guess is that seller gifted me the figure via amazon, pocketing the difference I paid Ebay and what seller paid Amazon.
