Shipped in a padded envelope that ensured its undamaged arrival. GREAT seller communication! GREAT free shipping Arrived quickly. Kit is as described but was surprised it was only in a cellophane wrapper - no printed box with the design on it like in the stores..This is to be a Christmas gift but it doesn't look "store bought" I feel embarrassed to gift it. I LOVE the pattern and dealing with this seller, hence the positive feedback.
I have not yet installed so this feedback is provisional. The seller must be an Amazon partner as these arrived the very next day. They are exactly as described......very bight, shiny and in seemingly perfect condition. They appear to be high quality and a good value. I do resent Amazon sellers not bing identified as such.
Although I had a tracking number, the item was apparently lost in shipping and never arrived. The seller communicated this to me before I even realized it. They issued a refund as soon as I confirmed I had not received it. Extremely good customer service.
