The item’s condition did not match the seller’s description. It was listed as “open box condition,” but it arrived with cracks, a warped lid that wouldn’t close properly, and the filter had a strange odor, suggesting it had been used for quite some time. To be fair, the seller did take responsibility and accepted the return, but it was still a hassle and a waste of my time to carry it to the post office.
