Measures about .75" in diameter (round). Would fit a wrist of about 6" most comfortably, but because it is stretchy and adjustable, it would be comfortable on a slightly bigger wrist and if your wrist is smaller, a watch repair person could probably take out a few links. It is a nice Speidel band. It is a quartz watch, which means that it requires a battery and that it is among the most accurate of watches. Uses a CR1216 battery. It makes it keep time and produces a light so you can see it in the dark with just the press of the side button.
