I have included a photo to show the condition upon arrival. Unfortunately, the book was damaged during transit, resulting in the back cover being nearly ripped off. However, the seller’s professional response was outstanding. I contacted them immediately, and they processed a partial refund within 24 hours without any hassle. Pleased with this UK publisher title; difficult to find in US, whereas in the UK a bit pricey with shipping. Tracking number provided was useless until 2 days prior to delivery. Regardless of what the listing stated, I was never sure if the book was posted within the US or UK. The USPS became involved 2 days before delivery. The listing referenced an international ship agent delivering to the USPS. The mail label suggested posting in the US. But, I am at a loss to know for sure!
It arrived quickly, it was well packaged, it appeared as it was described, all at a fair price. This said, I wanted to use this book as a coffee table book, when I would page through it there was a slight odor which may not have bothered others, but it was not what I wanted for the coffee table. I messaged seller, and they quickly made things right. I would absolutely buy from this seller again! P.S. I knew this was a used book when I bought it.
