At that point, it was mailed a day or so later and I did FINALLY receive it. *** In all fairness to the seller, she DID make it right by refunding my money. When the item arrived, it was well packed and exactly as described. = ) What bothered me was that seller indicated that eBay is just a "side hustle". That does not matter; it is a business.
