It came a day later than expected (probably due to the cold snap and snow storm here) and the seller was quick to respond when I voiced my concern on its arrival.   2. When purchased it said shipped "untracked" after several days of it not showing up I had to contact them to figure out where it was. They did respond and finally gave me tracking. It did show up finally but from a drop shipment. So they didn't even have it in their possession. Overall it was as described, but a pain to deal with just to have the info I needed.
