My experience with with the seller was fine. However, I had a big problem with Fed Ex. The shipping cost was higher than it needed to be. Then Fed Ex sent me an email saying they would deliver between 9:50 am and 1:50 pm. I was away from home between 8 and 9:00am. When I arrived I see a note in the window saying they tried to deliver at 9:22, but that was before 9:00 am. So I added the Fed Ex app and said to keep it at their distribution center. They didn’t do that, so it took another 1/2 day.
shipped fast; item as described; high quality packaging - new box, with wrapping paper & exterior wrapped in brown paper - wow! Received email notice from seller - good communication. Shipping options changed from Fedex Ground/Fedex Home Delivery, to USPS Priority. That caused some angst because local USPS staff are finicky about package addresses... Will it get delivered to my house, or to my POBox at the Post Office bldg. or get returned to sender as UNDELIVERABLE? Got it at PO bldg.
The product completes the rare find of a 2010 Sun Tracker Pontoon in pristine condition, now this cover being just as described in pristine condition and shipped promptly completes the purchase and the boat! The packaging was perfect size box for storing the cover and received absolutely no damage in shipping. Definitely recommend the seller and the product as excellent value for the money and completed the pontoon of retirement! Thank you!
