  1. Seller provided great communication after the sale on my item. While I'm giving him overall good feedback for the entire transaction, I was disappointed to see my poster tube missing an end cap (and the remaining one came off as soon as I picked up the item on my porch). Luckily there was no damage so I can't ding the seller. I recommended for future shippings they tape the end caps on to ensure they don't fall off.
