I received one of the two items ordered (1921 manual) and received a refund on the second item (1922 manual), so I'm giving this transaction a neutral rating. I would have given a positive rating if the seller had answered my numerous inquiries on the whereabouts of the second manual (1922), because I would have preferred to have the item ordered as opposed to the refund. The time required to receive the 1921 manual was much longer than desired, although it was close to the original estimate.
