Backpack as shown and described! Awesome backpack completed my Tumi collection for this line! I wasn’t sure if it was authentic Tumi first but it is! It was clean and same condition as seen in the photo. I paid a bit more than other listings had offered it but given I know it’s authentic and the seller went out of his way to make sure it arrived to me on time for my trip it was worth it! I wish it had packing paper or those backpack air bubbles to keep its shape better but It still looks great!
I’m very pleased with this seller. Most important to me was the sellers communication. This person has people skills. I was willing to buy one of the higher tier models of this suitcase from two other EBay vendors, but their communication outside of one vague reply was non existent. This seller took the time to actually answer my questions. I guess I’d call that professionalism. In the future, I’ll watch this sellers site as I’m in the market for one more suitcase in the upper tier. 5*+ seller.
