Upon receipt of the item, I noted an issue with the function of the watch, despite the seller's prior claim of normal function. After some discussion, an offer of partial refund was ultimately made towards the repair. He was affable during the discussion, although I would strongly recommend asking comprehensive, detailed questions when contemplating any purchase.
