I think that they took a risk in shipping my glasses in only bubble wrap, and no box. They wrapped them really well though, and they made it here in perfect condition. But still, it was risky. In the end though, I couldn't be happier. The glasses were exactly what I was expecting, and in great condition! So ya, I'd say 4.8 stars, and a good seller. Cheers! (I've attached pics of my old pair, which I've had since new 20 years ago, and the new ones. I'm so happy I found another pair!)
Sadly my package was lost and never delivered, but when I reached out to the seller, I received a super quick response and they offered to work with me through ebay to file a lost item claim. I requested a refund and it was approved/issued within a day or two. While I'm bummed I never got the glasses, the way this seller handled the incident was commendable and made for a good experience. Better luck next time!
I am so happy to have found these frames - they are exactly advertised, an incredible value compared to other sellers, and they came VERY carefully wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap, and in a very nice glasses case by the same designer. I would definitely shop with this seller again.
