  1. Item exactly as described however did not work. Contacted seller and they responded quickly to resolve the issue. After troubleshooting, remote unfortunately still did not work. Seller immediately sent a replacement. Shipping on both remotes was very fast. New remote works great. Sellers communication was excellent! Resolved the issue immediately.
