I had a great experience dealing with this seller. At first, I thought that the machine wasn’t working, but it turns out that I’m the one that didn’t assemble it properly and I was able to get in contact with the seller very easily and quickly. They told me that if I couldn’t make it work, I could send it back and they would give me a full refund for the machine as well as if they couldn’t make it work they would refund me the shipping aswell. Very fair! On a phone call, we made it work!! Yay 😁
Item was what I was after however it arrived bent and shattered, wasn’t fully protected from Australia Post, Sent seller a message with photos. Seller communication was A+ and responded straight away. Seller was happy to replace item. I bought one from a shop that day so seller refunded immediately without issue. Highly recommend this seller.
There was a delay with delivery (not on the part of the seller). Problem followed up and communication was excellent. Item just arrived well packaged. Very happy with how the transaction and communication went and would definitely buy from them again.
