So the product I received was defective. I was able to get good communication from the seller at the same time. I had some difficulty with UPS very poor service on the carrier not the seller’s fault. I felt the communication was consistent, even though the transaction ended up being a return. I would recommend a seller because the seller made every effort to resolve the issue. Was delivered within 48 hours of ordering. So a lot earlier than expected. The seller even upgraded me to a pump rated for a 45 gallon tank for free. The seller was very communicative. Will save and purchase more in the future. Highly recommend!
