Item arrived quickly and looked to be brand new as it was described as new open box. I assembled it after a few days but had no time to try it right away. After a few more days I went to use it, and it would not power on. I contacted the seller and explained the issue. He requested a video which I sent. After a few more days he refunded the purchase price. I'm not leaving a perfect rating because the item was nonfunctional when it arrived. Overall a good transaction, I would buy from him again.

Box for package was ripped apart inside the shipping envelope. A bunch of the nails were broken apart and unusable in a nailer. Condition was listed as open box and manufacturer’s photos used so I (wrongfully) assumed that it was just an open box with maybe a strip or two of nails missing but the box was basically obliterated. Would have been nice for seller to use actual photos of the item but I guess for the price I shouldn’t complain too much.
