  1. Boots were listed as new and in perfect condition - however they had some wear and tear on arrival. I reached out to the seller and they said they had been worn a couple of times and did offer me a partial refund or another item from their store which i appreciated. I went with a partial refund and will donate the boots. I did ask for a photo of the bottom of the boots (not included in listing) and was told they were in perfect condition. Not a negative transaction but also not positive. Thanks.
